Q: |
What
does FAQ mean?
|
A: |
We get asked this a
lot. Unfortunately we have no idea.
|
Q: |
How many members
does Alternate Shadows have?
|
A: |
Who is in the cast
and crew of each production depends on who is available and wants
to do it. The past ten years’ productions have involved more
than 50 people.
|
Q: |
Who runs Alternate
Shadows?
|
A: |
Richard Harding.
|
Q: |
How much does
it cost to join Alternate Shadows? |
A: |
In whatever capacity
you decide to get involved in a production you’ll be working
hard with us to put on a show. We don’t expect you to pay
us for the privilege!
|
Q: |
Do you do original
material or published plays?
|
A: |
Both. Our comedy sketch
shows and murder mysteries are original, and we do original plays,
but we also do serious and comedic plays from such writers as Willy
Russell, Agatha Christie, Mike Leigh and many more.
|
Q: |
I’ve written
a play. Would you perform it?
|
A: |
It depends on whether
Richard likes it and considers it suitable for the group. If you
let him read your one-act or full length script he’ll decide.
|
Q: |
Can I get involved
with Alternate Shadows?
|
A: |
Yes. Whether you would
like to act, direct, write, build sets, make props, operate sound,
operate lights, make costumes or manage the stage we would welcome
your help.
|
Q: |
Is it possible
to hire Alternate Shadows to perform a play at my local hall?
|
A: |
Yes. Contact Richard.
